MARYSVILLE REAL ESTATE

Marysville: Located north of Everett off Interstate 5, adjacent to the Tulalip Indian Reservation, Marysville has been growing rapidly. Marysville's founders, James and Maria Comeford, arrived at the Tulalip Indian Agency in 1878 to work for the trading post that served the logging camps in the area. Five years later, they purchased 1,280 acres of land for $450 and opened their own traing post. In 1891, the Great Northern Railroad was completed and Marysville was incorporated.
